WOW, JUST wow!

WOW- I cannot believe this picture, having upgraded from a 10 year old 40" Sharp Aquas. This difference is unbelievable. Still haven't got my Onkyo 7.1 to output the sound and the TV sound is EH! But the Clarity of the picture and Pure Black is truly spectacular! The packing, box and all the components sure looked factory to me, I'd never known it was a refurb.

Highly impressive OLED

Thoroughly impressed and can't even tell it's a refurb model. Arrived in what appeared to be brand-new box/packaging and had 0 power-on hours on the clock. The quality blows my little 40" Sharp Aquos Quattron out of the water. Blacks are DEEP and 4K HDR is bright! Really can't go wrong for the price and the ability to take back to a store if anything went wrong during the return period.

Nice OLED LG TV

The OLED make a HUGE difference! When a show has black and screen is pitch black. Netflix in 4K and Dolby Vision shows look GREAT!!! Planet Earth II looks awesome. Horizon Zero Dawn on PS4 Slim looks like a game a totally different game. I was able to plug in a wireless USB keyboard with a track pad. I got it shipped to my house and it came in a Walmart box and inside the TV was in an original LG box, it had no labeling that it was refurbished. Cons: The edge of the bezel is aluminum silver color. The LG App Store is very limited(it has Amazon Video, Netflix, and Youtube) Overall a GREAT OLED TV is you don't want to pay full price.

I know it says refurbished, but I can't see anything that would indicate there was ever a problem. Gorgeous set. When you compare this to he newest, most expensive models, it's very difficult to notice any difference in pic quality. Save some cash and roll with this set.

Wow! I am impressed, did not know what to think about ordering a refurbished unit - Walmart blew away my expectations. This is one of the best TV's you can buy, and for a price this low - why not get refurbished. Quality is amazing, upgraded from my 4k LG 2017 model to this OLED and the colors are incredible. The customer service was surprisingly phenomenal, each time I called regarding this order my rep went above and beyond my expectations. This purchase has really changed my view on Walmart entirely -

Great product with a small hiccup (now resolved)

I absolutely love this product. I upgraded from a basic tv and the differences are astounding. I've never seen such a clear picture. One brief issue I had was that a large dark blotch and stain mark were visible on the screen during the first day of use. These strangely cleared up and the product appears and functions as new!

terrible for OTA antenna TV watching

Reviewed in the USA on 2018-09-20T17:00:00

this TV is great for watching blu rays and high resolution content but it is terrible for watching over the air TV picked up with an antenna or antenna TV as it is called. the brightness is just too bright. the amount of light reflection onto anything that is dark makes the dark parts almost next to impossible to see when it is surrounded with anything that is bright.the only way to fix it is to turn the sharpness down to low or off but doing so causes a big lost in the picture detail, causing the picture to look dull. the only choice you have is to either turn the sharpness down and watch a dull picture or leave the sharpness on and watch a picture with a large amount of light bleed. i also have the older B6 model of this TV and that TV do not have any of these problems.by caparison when it comes to the picture from OTA TV the B6 offers a much sharper picture and the colors are far better than the B7A.

The TV showed up promptly to be left on my doorstep, I opened it up excited and ready to greet my new display! I was so excited to see that the refurbished TV had fresh plastic and cellophane, indicating that it took much care to ship. After having read some manual and beginning the mounting prep I had a chance to review the glass itself. What do you know? A deep crack across the entire screen. Upon discovery, I threw everything back into the box and repackaged it the best I could for my next new exciting steps in owning a high priced, hot ticket TV from Walmart!

Stay clear of refurbished and buy new

Careful buying refurbished. Took the product home and opened the box and it appeared no one even attempted to refurbish the item. TV had a major scratch dead center of screen 1/3 of the way across. Plugged in the TV and it would flash random colors where the scratch was. It never turned on. It appeared the TV was never really refurbished, just repackaged and resold. TV is an awesome product so buy new and stay clear from refurbished.

i'll make this short and to the point. before buying an lg oled tv...google lg oled burn in issues and then pick another tv to buy with your hard earned money. oh...you are going to buy the extended warranty for this issue? not! burn in isn't covered. so if you want a totally useless tv after just over 2 years buy this one....DO NOT let lg tell you there is a fix for this as it is useless! you have been warned...no need to thank me
