Excellent product and excellent service
I owned this phone a few years ago and enjoyed it very much. It seems smaller now but I do not mind.
The battery will not stay charged. Only last 1/2 day and that is w/o much use. Very disappointed
This phone was the same model as my old Galaxy S3, but the operating system was different and it was on compatible with any apps. Could not download Starbucks or My Disney Experience app. The protection plan I purchased had an app to help with problems with the phone and it was not even compatible with that! I took it back to the store and returned it and it was very easy! Upgrading to a newer phone.
