This is a very nice phone for the price.
I'm still getting the kinks out, it's different from my old phone but I'm enjoying it . I had no trouble at all with the online ordering & receiving my phone. I've shopped Walmart On Line before and love it, would recommend it to all.
I love the size of this screen, and would even like a bigger one. I love all the extra apps added in. The only problem I have with this and it may be because it is refurbished because it looks and works almost brand new, is the fact that the volume is not really loud at all. It is sometimes garbled, I have had to download a volume booster app to help. Sometimes don't hear it ring or the alarms going off is the only problems I have. Great product, would never know it was refurbished.
I purchased this refurbished phone from Walmart and was not disappointed. Was exactly as described. .but perhaps a little better than expected. I would purchase another if my phone meets a tragic end.
Phone has no volume can't hear the person on the line and they can't hear you. Volume is turned up all the way..
I purchased a new, not refurbished model. I was pretty happy with the phone at first, and I especially liked the larger screen. However, the call quality is very poor. I am constantly having people tell me they can't hear me, I sound muffled or there is a loud crackling sound. This happens even when I have a very strong signal. The camera is only okay. Also, for some reason, I have had a very difficult time downloading several apps that I have had no problem downloading on my other Straight Talk phone (which is a ZTE) The phone was inexpensive, but this is one time I feel like I got what I paid for.
I will never buy a refurbished phone again. I do like the size of it, and that's about it. I can barely hear anything......it works so slowly. I just called customer service, courteous rep, but I am not going to send my phone in, and be without a phone while they send me another refurbished one. Lesson learned :(
