I wanted a refund and did not get it. The chair does not sit up it leans back and stays that way the chair does not vibrate like it should. Product is poorly would not buy again ever
Chair was terrible to put into the recliner position and then very hard to put back down.It was hard to open it and was overall not what I was wanting due to having back trouble and not being able to use it.
we purchased two.of these chairs and they were horrible. we were so upset when we took them out of the box to find one chair the arm was tore and the other chair was sitting properly the back looked like it was going to fall off. im highly disappointed and have already started my return process.
Heat and massage never worked always oil on the pedestal underneath the chair will never buy another
Product arrived with rip in the arm of the chair on one side and then the other side had 10 pin holes in arm rest
Won't pick up for return to get refund Was supposed to pick up today after 5 days. Now saying someone will call me in 5 more days to schedule pickup
This chair is a fail all the way around, you can't get out of it, you can't shut it, the swivel or rocking doesn't stay in place when reclined, the massage is like your phone vibrating, just don't do it. Box was all kind of damaged
