Remo 8" Pre Tuned Doumbek (Ceramic)

The Doumbek plays a central role in both popular and classical Middle-Eastern music, and is often heard in ensembles with the Riq and Tar. 15"H x 8" diameter. Traditional doumbek shells are made from metal, clay, or fired ceramic. Remo's Pretuned doumbek uses an Acousticon drum shell material which is lightweight, durable and is covered in an attractive cloth finish. Overall, this doumbek is a super light weight drum that produces a professional quality sound with the Remo Renaissance Pre-tuned weather resistant drumhead.
