Good health starts from within. Most healthy regimens will recommend a daily probiotic to keep your insides functioning regularly. I'm often a bit skeptical. Of probiotics. Oftentimes the one that claimed to be gentle yet effective can be a bit rough on my stomach. Some probiotics act like harsh laxatives Tired of the sluggish, heavy,rundown feeling, I decided to try .a natural flora probiotic. I was asked to review this product as a part of the Walmart spark review program. I was a bit afraid fearing a severe case of cramping and diarrhea that affected some of my friends that have tried other probiotics. I decided to give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. The directions on the package say take one capsule daily for the best results. I took the capsules daily as directed. By the second day I felt less sluggish, lighter and more energized. The digestive health benefits a great. They keep my digestive system functioning very well. As for my doctor a person with a healthy digestive system should be going at least once daily to release waste and toxins from our bodies. Another plus is that the capsules are easy to swallow. I can honestly say that was not the case for me until I started taking the probiotics. I achieve these results without cramping, pain or diarrhea. I've been taking this product for over two weeks now. My sample product is gone. I'm so happy I went out and purchased more to continue my new healthy ways. On average runs about 12 $14 but it's worth every dime. I feel lighter and great. Definitely helping me to achieve my more healthy lifestyle and weight loss goals.
This capsule is easy to swallow and what I really like about it is that I don’t taste an after taste. Some pills do give a funky after taste and with this I don’t have that. I also like that it is vegetable capsules. Not like your other probiotic pills. I would recommend this one.
I chose to review these probiotic capsules as part of the Spark Reviewer program. As I am getting older (early 40s), I am trying to do what I can to help my body stay in balance. These probiotic capsules seemed like an easy addition to my every day diet. Taking one per day (I usually take mine with breakfast but they can be taken without food as well) is an easy way to support digestive balance. I did notice that I felt better while taking these after a few weeks. I plan to continue using them on a monthly basis.
This is a great product intended to help balance and support your digestive system. I like this product because it is helping my husband and I have a healthy and happy gut. You only take one capsule per day. I like that they are vegetable capsules and easy to swallow because they have no scent. I also appreciate that they are made gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and with no artificial ingredients. Plus they are manufactured here in the US. I love that each capsule is individually sealed in foil blister packs because it makes it easy to carry them with you when your on vacation, traveling or away from home. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this product because it helps maintain a healthy gut.
The same quality as healthfood stores at a cheaper price and without need for refrigeration.
I went to Thailand and got these to help prevent any stomach issues and I was pooping normal the entire two weeks. No constipation or diarrhea ever. What a win
I received the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic, and this package contains 30 capsules. I really wanted to try a probiotic to restore my gut health because I am never regular. This medicine does the trick to help you become regular. It has 15 billion bacterium in there and helps support your digestive and immune health. This product did not hurt my belly at all and was fine to take with or without food, even though I do like to take with food to help it along. Upon the first dose it will work in 24-48 hours in my experience. If you continue to take every day then you will get on a regular schedule to restore your digestive track!
Contains a wide spectrum of probiotic strains along with encapsulation that helps deliver the strains where they should be (as opposed to many, which simply die in the acidic stomach, rendering them useless). The individual foil packaging ensures quality and makes this one easy to carry along for travel purposes.
Like everything else nothing works for everyone, these capsules so far seem to be working, I feel like I have more energy and it helps me be more regular. Not sure if will continue to work, but so far so good. They do have a little bit of an after taste.
So for anyone who’s never used probiotics before .. be warned! They will clean you out lol. I’ve used others that have DEEP cleaned lol.. these pills do a pretty good job. I can tell they work, but not as effectively as the other brand. I would recommend these because they make a difference and are gentle on your system. Easy to swallow. The blister pack is inconvenient
