I used both the 80 billion one and the 30 billion one. Both work well, so I decide to use the 80 million one for travel when life is not so regular, and use the 30 billion one at home.
This has helped my gut feel normal! I plan to keep using this product daily

I am a 61 year old female who eats a whole foods plant based diet. I walk and do some chi gong for exercise plus drink at least 2 quarts of water a day. In spite of my "health" efforts, I had been experiencing almost chronic constipation. I did eliminate everyday but it was often difficult. I have used Renew products in the past, so I investigated Colon specific options to try. Beginning my first dose, my bowels are working normally. I feel so much better.
My concern is that the product needs to be kept refrigerated/cold, however it is delivered with no cold packaging in the the hot summer months. This make me think the product is compromised.

I have been using these probiotics for a couple of months now and I can definitely tell a difference. When I ran out and didn't have any for one week, my stomach was so messed up, but as soon as I started back taking them again, I went back to feeling so much better. I won't run out of them again.
Had contracted a C-Diff infection and went on antibiotics. A constipation diarrhea cycle began. I used these plus a Apple Cider Vinegar Gummy and in 2days I was cured. Thank you!
What on earth is going on with the perfume smell inside the bottle? I saw many reports of this smell before purchasing and I thought it couldn't be that bad, I was wrong, it's really strong. To add this to a product that is designed for intestinal health for people with already sensitive stomachs, this seems like a very odd decision. Please advise.
A week after I started taking these, I experienced stomach cramps, fever and diarrhea (probably took this long to build up in my system) It's been over a week and I still haver diarrhea, though the fever stopped. I stopped taking them a couple days ago once it dawned on me that these might be responsible for my symptoms so hopefully the diarrhea will stop once they flush out of my system.
