This product is excellent for anyone who is looking for a good probiotic. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. They come in little foil pockets which makes it easy to carry in a purse or in pockets. I did not experience any intestinal discomfort after taking these. This product is good for anyone, and I would recommend it for anyone looking to improve their gut health. Absolutely loved it!

I could tell a difference in only a few days. This probiotic doesn't have to be refrigerated and comes in blister packs so it's easy to take traveling. Highly recommend!

The single pill packaging is certainly more wasteful (hurt my little eco heart), but I found myself far, far more compliant (happy balanced tummy). If you struggle to remember to take your probiotics, are frequently out about, or simply don't want the hassle of a refrigerated probiotic, this is probably the one for you.
I don't know what these are doing, but I am certainly not having gut problems while cleaning up my mother's estate, which is stressful enough one would think I could.

Been using this probiotic for years and always reliable
I love Renew Life probiotics and usually take the 50 billion CFU (women's or ultimate care) in the cooler, but decided to give this a shot to see if it would be suitable for an upcoming trip I'm taking. Unfortunately it really didn't give me the same effect as the higher counts they sell.

I would assume this varies from individual to individual so I wouldn't discourage anyone from taking the supplement but probably also would not encourage it.
