I love how this product is half magnesium half natural remedy ingredients! It's a helpful yet gentle way to support BMs when you've been backed up. This is a great addition to your regular pre/probiotic supplements for one-off use when you need an extra boost due to travel and constipation, hormonal changes and constipation, etc.
These are my go-to pills when I am having trouble using the restroom. They are much gentler than laxatives and work better for me than probiotics alone. I started with one pill and increased to 2 a night. I have been using for 2-3 days just as a reset but will continue to use as needed.

I take 2 capsules in the evening when I'm feeling backed up or extra bloated, and by morning I have relief! The capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste, and I love that they're vegan!
I have been using this product for a month. I have a sensitive stomach and I like to use this product when I eat heavy meals like pork ribs or when eat late in the evening. It helps me digest heavy food and avoid having constipation. I use it as needed and have never had any issue with it. I would recommend it for those who have sensitive stomach.
After traveling for 2 weeks, this product was a big help. While I was eating somewhat well throughout my travels, my stomach really wasn't quite right. The "gentle reset" delivered the gentle reset that I needed. After just a few nights of taking this, I was feeling quite a bit more regular. Now that I'm done traveling, I only use it on occasion but after a few days I don't need it anymore.
I do really like that this supplement is an herbal blend. It is easy to take and also feels gentle on my stomach. I take one capsule at night and feel like it resets my gut during the night and helps me start the next day with a cleaner digestive system.
It's not for me, because it made my stomach talk..
The gentle reset for digestive health comes in easy to swallow capsules that don't have unnecessary ingredients which is a plus. The magnesium can be a bit overwhelming so paying close attention is super necessary. Also, keeping track of how long you've used it is necessary because it's not for extended use.
I'm sure this is a fantastic product. I personally had a reaction to the cape aloe ingredient in the formulation and there's a warning on the label that some people could have issues with this ingredient. Yep, that was me. So I had to stop taking immediately and unable to complete evaluation this product.
I tried Renew Life Gentle Reset and used as directed for two weeks. I ate a nearly clean diet and no alcohol consumption. Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. During the time that I was using it, my stomach became gassy and I had diarrhea. This product may work for someone else, but was not one for me.
