Scotch Self-Sealing Laminating Pouches are amazing. They are so easy to use. Just line up your 8 x 10 photo with the guidelines and peel off the sheet with the adhesive. I used a ruler to smooth out the bubbles and then you are done. It is a great way to preserve photographs or important papers or documents. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I was given a free 3M-Scotch Self-Sealing Laminating Pouch sample for review. The first thing I thought was “This is awesome! No more trips to a third party store, or having to buy a machine for laminating,” This product worked perfectly the first time with professional looking results. I used it to laminate a copy of the stat sheet I got from the 1987 NBA Game 6 Final between the Lakers and Celtics. It was very easy with the included instructions and the result was better than I received after paying a third party office store. I am definitely going to purchase the 4”x6” version for card sized laminations. Great product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I was thrilled with the performance of the FREE Scotch Self Seal Laminating Pouches 8.5" x 11" 3M provided to me in exchange for a review. We were given paper "Wet Paint" signs that were of little value as they curled with humidity even before my project fully dried. Now I can use one sign all season without worry. The product was easy to use and applied without bubbles (I used a ruler to lay the sticky-sided sheet down while pressing). It created a waterproof barrier on all 4 sides, and adhered to itself so that the punch holes to hang it are sealed and won't let water in to damage the paper (please see photo). I added green twine to secure it where I will need it and voila! A professional looking end product. I highly recommend them! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
These are 8.5 by 11 sheet pouches. Great way to laminate something quick. No machine needed. Very simple to use . Great to have around because you never know when the need for this will come up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I am an educator and I have used this product for the past 15 years!! I work with non-verbal kidos and I make all of their curriculum. I laminate the activity and use velcro to pull off and on items pertaining to the activity. Now, I can not find this product anywhere!!!!!! So disappointed But Great Product!
Scotch Self-Laminating Pouches are easy to use and create sturdy signs that can hold up in when outside in various weather conditions. 3M provided me a sample of this product to evaluate and it worked well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I purchased a pack of self laminating pouches a while ago and just opened them to use. To my surprise, 3/4 of the pack was unusable do to the strip on the back us not trimmed to use. I tried to trim it myself, but the paper does not peel correctly.
It does not stick, the paper will not peel off and the instructions are very poor. I have wasted 5 sheets trying to figure it out. I tried to find a video showing how to use the sheets bu no luck. This is the 8.5 x 11 sheets. I have used smaller ones successfully.
I don't know how this gets 5 star when the instructions are poor and the sheet does not allow for lamination on both sides. would not recommend this product. Just awful.
I just wasted a few sheets trying to figure this out. It still just doesn't stick correctly. It would have been helpful if Scotch had a tutorial video on their site. This is a poor design. I'm totally disappointed! I should have read the other reviews on this first. I just trusted the Scotch name as being quality.
