Everything on this iPad is perfect there is no damage to the body or screen whatsoever there are a few minor scratches on the screen but they do not interfere because they are hard to see but there are a couple. The body has nothing wrong with it and the iPad came quickly! I was expecting a scuffed up iPad but received an almost brand new iPad. Definitely recommend for anyone on the edge because I used to be on the edge but this thing is amazing!
I’ve had this iPad a little over 5 months and it is still working Great. It was in great condition when it arrived, and even came with a charger set. If you’re thinking about getting it just get it. I’m not a payed reviewer, I’m real😅. Get the iPad!! I only have one picture of the iPad in my photos.
Packaging was excellent! Arrived charged at 42% and then took 2 hrs for 100%. Setup was simple as it swiftly downloaded all my apps and essential data from my iPhone via iCloud. What a relief! Was floored by this as it took only 45 minutes to finish. Although refurbished, only difference is that it contains WiFi without cellular LTE alternative, however, this saves around $60 on purchase. Overall, I saved approximately $400 as opposed to new-bought. I do recommend adding a screen protector and cover for safety. Bought a heavy duty rugged cover case for $25. Make sure the reviews are solid because each sub-vendor operates with with varying degrees of standards and quality.

I must say the restoration is done by professionals. I did not realize that it’s a used product. The ipad had some minor scratches in the back side. Front side is overall 9/10. I would recommend buying this to anyone looking to get their hand on pro model.
Ordered one these refurbished iPad Pro 10.5 on June 27 2022 and received on July 1 2022. Shipping was fast and came in a few days earlier than expected. Upon arrival the iPad needed to be charged, the included charger worked fine. I was very surprised to see the unit I received had a perfect screen with no scratches. The back of iPad’s aluminum body was also in near perfect condition. However 3 out of the 4 front corners and the power button did have some small gouges into the metal (see photos for details). I purchased a case for this iPad and the case covered the corners so that didn’t bother me much. After the iPad was fully charged I connected it to my MacBook and used a program called coconutbattery to inspect the battery health of the iPad. The program showed the battery had degraded to 75% max capacity, I was hoping for over 80% but for an iPad that’s 4 years old I wasn’t disappointed. I can easily get a full days use and still end the day with 20% battery. I was happy to see the iPad I received also didn’t suffer the white spot screen issue this generation of iPad Pros had. After using one of these refurbished iPads for over a month I have not had any issues and would highly recommend one of these units to anyone looking for an inexpensive iPad Pro.
Received iPad with cracked screen. Been trying to contact seller to return for around a month now. They asked for pics of damage and packaging plus the serial number of the item. I sent them everything. A week later they replied that they couldn't open the pics so I resent. Over a week now and no response. I tried calling the contact number but no one answers, it's just a message that says to contact them from Walmart web site. I filled out the return request like 3-5 times already. I never left a negative review before but getting very frustrated as this is to be a Christmas present and Christmas is just a week away now. Could someone from Walmart or Wireless Source (the seller) PLEASE contact me on this matter? Getting tired of filling out the return form and waiting a week between emails from the seller to find out what I need to do to return this iPad.
Is not space grey. Came silver and the charger isn’t even a new Apple charger it’s an android charging port with an old Apple charging cord. Pretty disappointed.
