Good condition for the price.
So far so good...I received this phone in a generic box with a charger. I charged it, programmed it and inserted my straight talk ATT sim and it works perfect...Everything works perfect...most of all the phone looks like new...it had a plastic screen protector on it to protect the screen..like I said...phone looks like new....Thank you...
I ordered 2 iphone 6. They were delivered 3 days after shipped, but estimated delivery was 10 days. There were some scratches on the phones but nothing major. Everything works great so far and for the price I can't complain. I would have given 5 stars, but the chargers that came in the box were cheap and one already broke after 2 weeks. Also no headset was included, unlike my last one purchased used. Overall I think it was a good investment, and with the 2 year warranty, I can continue without any worries!
When i received this iphone it was scratched up and when i turned on the apple iphone 6 the screen had vertical lines and the screen was glitching , and the whole screen popped out (the glue dried up and the screen fell out) the only way i tried to hold it together was with a case and it didn't work.
Cellphone damaged and unfunctional
mouth piece would not work. could not talk to anyone on phone. Really liked phone , but would not work . I had to purchase less desirable phone because I had to travel and didn't have 10 more days to wait for replacement.
I bought this phone and everything seemed fine then started having problems with the battery. The phone would cut off by itself. Then it froze and now it wont turn on at all. The company just sent me a email asking me to send it to an apple store and they would refund me anything they charge to fix it. The phone was bent and that was why the battery was giving me problems. I tried calling the company and the phone goes straight to voice mail. I emailed and got an automatic response. I was not able to contact a person and reading the refund information from Walmart, this company wants stocking fee and more stuff, plus I have to pay for shipping for a phone that they knew was not working properly. I understand buying a used phone will have some scratches but I should be working properly and not selling unusable phones to people. Walmart should not allow them to sell there items.
This seller " Alphas Electronics and Toys" gave me hard time for over one week. I ordered the phone online and received it on time. Tried to charge it, with different chargers, the battery never went more than 4%, I contacted them they send me an email saying that I have to pay 20% restocking fees, the next day the send me another email and saying that they will charge 25% restocking fees, and if the phone is not defective they would charge me 50% restocking fees!! I returned the phone and they really took 25% restocking fees! Is this is the way how these people make money? They send defective items to the their customers and they put them in the situation to choose between accepting the defective part or return it and loose 25% + the shipment!!!?? That's horrible! Also they sent me an email saying that the reason I returned the phone is: "Customer Changed Min" which is not true! Also they said " An adjustment have been made to this order showing that i bought the phone for 50.12 which it the amount that they took as 25% restocking fees. I just wanted to warn people from getting trapped with this seller and to have hard time with them like they did with me for the only reason that I trusted their business! I contacted Walmart.com since I bought the phone from their website, they took care of me and sent me a gift card refunding the 25% that "Alphas Electronics and Toys" basically took in a bad way. Thank you Walmart.com!
