Haven’t had any problems with it. Looked brand new. I luv it
The phone comes with a charger and ear buds. Wish it had contained a quick start manuel. The phone looks great and works perfectly. It was shipped by FedEx and I had some delivery problems. We paired the phone with Resound hearing aides and it was very easy to accomplish.
The phone came a couple of days early, I am very pleased with the item. I have only had it a short time, but it does look like new.
Phone delivered a day early. Just like new. Getting another for my wife.
My son loves it
This was a great buy. Due to my husband's work, we needed to upgrade his phone from the 4s to at least a 5 or later. I saved hundreds on this refurbished phone which looks great and works as expected.
The battery dies too quickly. Tried to get a new one but was denied saying a new battery was already provided for this specific phone. The charger does not work. Worst purchase ever!
The phone looked nice and in good condition, however this phone had a defective battery (which was determined by Apple support and Certified Apple Care workers at Best Buy) and a defective iSight camera: the pictures were way too blurry.
I got a iPhone for my girlfriend and the screen was acting weird and dents all over scrapes was not very happy
