I was wary about buying this refurb because of some of the horrendous reviews I had read on it. I'm glad I bought it anyways. The screen was flawless. I have no issues with sound clarity through the ear speaker or the bottom speaker. It does not lag. I'd buy it again tomorrow. **There is just one minor thing I did not like about the phone. It does NOT come with an original Apple charger, so the phone takes a while to charge.
I looked at several online sources for an iPhone 6 plus including eBay and Craigslist. For the price I paid, these sources were charging similar prices for a iPhone 5S phones that were several years old and were not refurbished. This phone looked brand new and it works great. We also purchased the 2-year plan with this phone. It seemed like a great deal at $121 (approximately $5/month) to be able to replace the phone if something happened to it.
The phone itself is all good but I thought unlocked mean I could use any carrier I had to change company and go with T-Mobile
I have had this phone for 3 days and haven't noticed anything to the contrary. This seems like a good refurb piece and I would recommend it. The only thing I noticed was a bit of stuttering with the UI. That might be attributed to ios 10, which comes preinstalled with it. Will update further if anything changes.
The phone works good and is in good condition. The accessories (cable and wall charger) were a basic 3rd party brand however functional and sufficient. No headphones but I would rather get those myself anyway.
I love my new phone. It is a refurbished phone but it looks brand new. It works perfectly. It arrived during the time I was promised. This has been a great experience me me.
I just rec'd a replacement iPhone, and all seems well. My original order (the 1st iPhone) arrived okay but quickly malfunctioned. After trying to help me 'fix' it over the phone, the vendor's Customer Service/Tech Dept. had me return the phone for either a refund or a replacement; I asked for a replacement. The replacement arrived 2 days ago and the operation of this phone is much, much better than the 1st I rec'd. And I don't blame the vendor for sending me a bad phone the 1st time... Nothing is perfect and they've been very good with their support! Thanks!
I ordered the item on July 14, received it a week ago. The thumb print feature doesn't work, the screen turns black and the phone shuts off. I'm understanding that its refurbished so when I went to apple store wasn't expecting them to say there is nothing they can do to help me. I email the sender explaining the problem and they tell me it would be a inconvenience for them to have me send it back and they will return 5% of what I paid and to keep the phone. So its going to cost me more to have the phone repaired..
I purchased the iPhone 6 Plus thinking it would work smoothly but all I deal with is a great amount of glitches so bad I cannot use my phone sometimes. It's so lame because I paid all of this money for nothing. I hope I can get this problem fixed soon. Beware!
the next day after giving it to my 16 yr old daughter for her 16th bday i had to put it in the Apple store shop to have it fixed which cost me and additional 180.00. Which the tech that fixed it said that it shouldve been fixed before i ever purchases it!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY i deserve some money back or something and what did i get nothing a defected phone that i had to pay to get fixed
