In Grewr condition works great I love it
Had a very small chip on the top of the phone, it works great
It's refurbished but works like new. Phone looked new and the battery holds a good charge. Can't complain. And it came earlier than expected
So far so good. I bought it as a gift for my daughter, it was a hit, she loved it. Now I guess we will wait and see. It shipped fast, It didn't come in an iphone box, but it is a re-furbished phone.
Phone was good but it freeze on me
From the first time I charged the phone I started having problems the screen would get frizzy at the top and would freeze up and maybe a few minutes later it would start back to working and sometimes I would have to power it off and back on to get it working.
At the top of the phone screen when I put the phone in a case, the screen had lines at the top of the screen. So I returned the phone and I am waiting on a refund.
At first every thing was good the first week but after that it started to go out and have colorful lines all through the phone it only does it to me when my battery reach a certain percentage looking to get my money back which was 400 or a better phone !!
There was something wrong with the phone. The screen had glitches at times and was not clear. We were definitely not satisfied with the purchase of this product. We had to pay extra money to someone to get it fixed in order to work properly.
As soon as I opened the box I knew it wasnt going to be good. The plastic protective covering on the phone was all crinkled and I noticed the charger and box were not even Apple brand, but some off brand Ive never heard of. There are no headphones included with the phone either. So I remove the protective plastic which wasnt even stuck to it anyway because there was dirt all over it. The earphone on the phone (where you put it up to your ear) was caked with dirt, and the screen had water spots all over it. The apple logo on the back was scratched. This was clearly not a phone that someone returned within the 2 week return period and then it was checked out and resold as refurbished. Thats what I thought it was, but I was wrong. This phone had clearly been used for a long time as gross as it looks. Im returning it and will not be buying anything "refurbished" again, no matter how good the price is. I cant tell you if the phone even works properly or not because Im not wasting my time turning it on and setting it up, or if the battery even holds a charge. I doubt they put a new battery in it before selling it since it wasnt even cleaned up.
