If the phone isn't unlocked make sure it works with your carrier. This phone is great though it was very easy to transfer all of my stuff from the other phone and works great!
This phone arrived in great condition, the glass was not cracked, and no scratches. All components worked perfectly. Battery was good. Setup was easy. The only negative was the charge cord, which was coming apart at the connector.
I purchased this phone as a 2020 Christmas gift. After 1 month the battery died. I reached our to the Marketplace seller, Wei Mobile and they sent me a replacement phone on January 8, 2021. In July 2021, the battery started to fail again. On October 3, 2021, we took phone to Best Buy who is a authorized Apple repair facility to have diagnostics run. We were told that the wrong battery had been installed and that it was expanding with usage. It was forcing the case apart and shifting inside the phone. Also told that one of the 2 security screws that hold the case together was missing. I paid for the new battery and i'm hoping this phone will FINALLY work properly. I give them one star because it is the least amount possible!!
It's frustrating to see that It's not in a sealed Apple Box. It's opened and packaged in different box. Not sure if someone already used it and sold it back.

Got a used phone which is not even clean, I don't know why the product description doesn't say used/refurbished. I don't recommend buying this product and walmart need to add more description about this product.
We recieved the phone and it was used. As you can see nowhere does it say the phone is used. It did not come with earbuds or in the phone it came in. it came with the phone and the charger in a package. I strongly recommend if you are looking for a new phone you don't buy this one.
Just got the phone today, If only I had read the reviews I wouldn't be in this mess. Do not but the phone. The screen has a hair line scratch (doesn't show up on camera but it's there), and the back of the phone had some weird sticky stuff on it. The phone is also overheating just from setting up.
I had to return the phone. It would not hold a charge for more than a couple hours and kept shutting off randomly even when charged.
