The refurbished phone looked and worked like new. Rather than get a new and different phone to replace my father's 6S , I got him a refurbished 6S so that he wouldn't have to learn anything new. The battery on his old phone was not holding a charge. The transition was seamless and the phone works like new.
This phone was a birthday present for my daughter. We purchased it for service with AT&T. We checked the information from the phone and it is under warranty until 2017 with Apple. The condition of phone was pristine. If you are thinking about it, take a chance. You can always return it.
Phone arrived in excellent condition with no signs of use. It was packaged in original Apple box with all accessories. When I tried to unlock the phone using the AT&T portal, I found that it was already unlocked for use on any carrier. The AppleCare site says that there are still 6 months of warranty left. Very pleased with this purchase!
The phone usually comes looking brand new with the box still covered in plastic also with a sticker that says AT&T but the carrier can vary. My phone was locked to T-MOBILE (that's why some people claim to be able to pop in a Tmo sim with no hassle and believe its unlocked because its not blacklisted) I called Tmo to unlock it, I first was connected with a complete novice who said I need an account to unlock but I called again and was connected to a rep who quickly requested me an unlock code when I told her I bought it outright from Walmart.com.
I got this phone almost 2 weeks ago and it works perfectly great. There is no problem with this phone, it looks brand new when I got it, and it still under apple warranty til next year. Just like it described, the phone is locked to At&T I am so happy with this phone. Thank you so much. Hopefull to purchase again with Walmart.
The phone is indistinguishable from a brand new phone; not one blemish. Coconut Battery (Mac utility app) showed only 3 recharging cycles on the battery which means either the battery was replaced or more than likely this is a phone that someone bought and returned after a few days. Apple support 1 year still active for another 5 months on this particular phone. The phone came locked to AT&T which is what I am using it for (actually Cricket) but after a few days of activation I unlocked it via AT&T. I am very happy with my purchase!
This is a refurbished iPhone. The 90 day warranty only had 2 days left, however I have the remainder of the 1 year warranty thru Apple. My 6s plus iPhone arrived and looked like a brand new phone, no scratches or dents whatsoever. I was able to get the iphone unlocked the same day as I got it and I'm currently using My Family Mobile.. In the last week Walmart has raised the prices $40 just as I was going to buy one for hubby.= ( Don't waste your money and take a chance on a used iPhone? This is the best way to go! = )
Battery life is weaker than normal for a refurbished unit
Ordered iPhone 6S plus refurbished for AT&T, phone arrived iPhone in excellent condition couldn't tell it was refurbished. Upon setting up needed to contact Apple Mobile support due to sims card not registering correctly. Apple informs me through serial number verification that the iPhone is a Sprint carrier locked phone. No options can be provided by Apple. Returned iPhone back to Walmart. Positives hassles free immediate refund and condition of refurbished iPhone. It was an unfortunate experience therefore a 2 Star rating.
Don't buy this phone, contacted att and att were going to make us wait forever for the email saying this phone is unlocked, they said in 2 business days we'd get the unlock code in my email, waited 5 days and nothing, called att and said it's unlocked, bull! called apple after searching on what to do, they said it is locked to Sprint,. Sprint said it's useless to bring it back and that's what we did, Buyer BEWARE!
