This refurbished air conditioner looks and works like brand new. It is just as good at 8,000 btu as 10,000 btu even though the title is misleading. Also, you can set the remote at a certain temperature, however, the unit will read the actual room temperature. Eventually it changes to match the remote when it becomes the desired temperature after a while. They should have stated that in the instructions.
I waited to use the product for atleast a month before i can drop a review. This AC arrived well package and with all accesories intact, it was very easy to mount and even easier to operate. The AC truly disposes the outlet water misteriously without any need for outlet pipes. I absolutely recommend this product.

The unit is working well. The only issue is that it is missing some of the parts ... I guess because it was a refurbished model. No hose or padding for around the window Also the mount in the window does not fit my window exactly, but I made it fit,
Arrived quickly. Had a scratch on it but was refurbished. Cools very well. The only reason why I am giving it a 4 star is that I have to have another electrical outlet placed due to the currency issue (in a She-Shed). I wish the cord was longer but otherwise would purchase again.

The listing is for 10,000 btu but when you pick it up it is 6,500 btu! The box says âequivalent to 10,000!
This was supposed to come with the window kit but it did not. Several pieces were missing including the clips holding the hose together. Very disappointing. This was my first negative experience with a refurbished item. Would not recommend from Walmart.
I didn't see the info where this was a refurbished product, but I'm fine with that as long as it works. Well first let's start with there were no instructions, the window piece was missing and the part that connects to the tubing was cracked and missing screws. It cooled down the designated room I needed it for, it isn't cold like an air conditioner but better than the sauna it was until I realized it was giving off a cat smell. Not happy, I really should've just put the extra 50-100 dollars towards a brand new one.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Air conditioner came in non-working order. Compressor does not work and blows warm air. Returning to my local Walmart this weekend.
