Works great even though if it's a factory refurbished item should it come with all the stuff to put it together one part was broken but I fixed it other than that it was all good after all.
Bought this ac unit refurbished. When i got it home it was in a beat up box and had a huge crack and multiple smaller cracks on the unit.It was probably dropped if i had to guess, but i thought id try to see if it worked because its to hot to not have something. Upon assembling the hose attachments (that were just sent in some Saran Wrap) they to were cracked, but i got it put together and it all works and keeps my home very cool. Oh and it wont let me change the time to normal time from military time, that sucks.
Very easy assembly. Fits nice in the window. But, the box says equivalent to the 12000btu unit. Disappointed that it is not what was described on website. Also, no drainage tube included(which instructions say that you need) Says something about 10000btu heat pump to( also not mentioned anywhere on item description)We will be trying for a couple of days to see how product works.
piece off junk,would not even keep cool,,10x12 ..gothic style shed,,i use for my crafts,,only time it stays cool,is when sun goes down,,waste of money ,,big time
i just got this unit i purchased it refurbished. however when delivered the box was damaged and taped up poorly. To my suprised it looked alittle beat up and the plastic where the wheels are is pushed in leaving it at a tilted angle causing it to leak. i leveled it with a door stopper to even it out and stop it from leaking. i dont even know if the box came with instructions for use that is how poorly the packaging was. i order things occasionally online from Walmart i prefer instore purchasing. i am disappointed. but i can't get in touch with anyone to complain so i guess I'm stuck with this unit
I bought this in April and by end of August it didnt cool very well. During the 111 degrees outside heatwave, it was blow 93 inside and when it was 78 degrees outside my air still blew 88 degrees inside. It was miserable so I am buying another one and letting someone install it. All in all paid $500!!! And Im scared because I just realized that they both say 12,000 btu!
if i could put 0 stars, i would. when i recieved the item, the box was upside down in my driveway, the bottom of it missing. so i just saw the wheels of the unit sticking out. the box was so damaged i couldnt even read it. staples everywhere on the box, i cut my finger on one trying to bring it inside. missing the drain hose, the secondary drain piece is completely snapped off and is leaking water to the inside of the unit, despite it being âwaterlessâ. all modes besides âfanâ makes a terrible grumbling noise that vibrates my whole floor. DO NOT BUY!!!
My AC came with the cool air outlet (levour) broke. (Thats what the 1 star was for) but im sure all

I realize it's refurbished. I was expecting some ware and tear. What I was not expecting was the awful smoke stench that poured out of it the moment I turned the unit on. It was awful and obvious that the previous owner smoked... HEAVILY!
