I love this AC! It works great. I was hesitant to buy because it's a refurbished unit, but I am loving it so far. I bought two of these, I have not hooked the other one up yet.
I like it is so it workit it iteasy to assemble, and most of all it works. This is AC is great IT'S nothing else to say it's super Super.
Much more well constructed than some other portables. Heavier and quieter. More and better features. Ours is a refurbished unit, well worth the price.
is not 12,500 but its 7,500 dont know how well it works it ordered two and both came in damaged so waiting on replacements
Took me 20 mins to find the instruction! They were rolled up into the duct. Instructions should be the 1st thing you see when you open the package. I thought the heat part was broken when the upper fan stopped until it was suggested that I just let it run awhile. Apparently, this is normal for a heat pump. It worked fine after 3 mins. The duct which goes from flat to round hits the windowsill. I have had this issue with other units so I was prepared with a piece of wood to under it. It is Feb so I can't gauge the cooling yet but it appears to work.
i bought this. i didnt use the heat until a few days ago. the water resevoir fills up after 1 hour and i get an error code and have to drain. a waste of my money
When it arrived the box was in terrible shape, the styrofoam inside which was protecting the unit was broken and the unit suffered some scratching and minor damage. I have taken photos and will file a complaint with Walmart to determine what they want me to do. The unit is working but I am not sure if it's working properly or not...it is blowing cold air.
not worth the money. had the same for 3 weeks now and luckily if it gets below 80 degrees at night. as you can see it says it is 90° inside right now and this thing has been running nonstop for weeks
Had to open the drain port and drian into a pot because there was so much condensation. The heat option didnt work, didnt come with a drain hose, and starting a return now. 100% junk
Fan on the inside broke. Hard to file a claim. No AC in the middle of an Arizona summer
