The heating element is 1500W and is one of the highest in the multicooker category providing you with optimal searing, roasting, baking. Baking a cake at 375°F will be easy and will prevent you from heating up your entire kitchen. The up to 24-hour delay start feature allows you to postpone the start to have dinner ready when you are. The automatic âKeep Warmâ holds the temperature of the meal until youâre ready to serve. It is not available under the âSauté/Searâ and âBakeâ programs. For the âRoastâ program, it can only be activated manually and the default âKeep Warmâ time is 2 hours maximum. The default âKeep Warmâ time is 10 hours for the âStewâ, âSlow Cook (H)â, and âSlow Cook (L)â programs, and 2 hours for the âSteamâ and âRiceâ programs.

Note: Not applicable to “Stew†and “Slow Cook†as these functions have a preset temperature that cannot be changed.
