It is excellent for the time I have been on it. Trying to adjust to the Windows downloadable apps can be frustrating.
This is my 2nd Surface 2. I had to return my first device and fight with TechZone customer service to get a return. Once a manager was contacted, they apologized profusely, said that the reps would be dealt with and returned my device with no issues. This device works great and for a great price. Everything arrived in like new condition. I have no complaints at this time. I see that the seller information says "Technology Supplier LLC," however everything went through TechZone...Did they change names?

I felt the need for a lightweight computer to store 1-2 dozen document files on trips. The need included the ability to read and edit files during flights; the ability to copy and distribute these files during conferences; the ability to access additional files from my cloud storage; to be able maintain the files in an orderly manner and without misplacement and the ability to read books during 'breaks', without a separate 'reader'. All of these needs were completely satisfied by my Surface 2 , weighing 2 pounds including a type cover and mouse, fitted nicely into a small carryon backpack and with the plus comfort of knowing that my 'permanent files' were at all times securely stored and accessible at home during and after the trip. Good job !
We ordered a Surface 2 Tablet on 2/20/17: #3221795-168535. It wouldn't charge and we contacted TechZone for a refund. You instructed us to return the item, but instead of a refund, we got an even worse replacement about 3 weeks ago which, not only wouldn't charge, but wouldn't even start even if plugged in, with a pop-up saying Windows wouldn't load.
I am returning the pad after one day. It's damaged and not at all what I expected.
