My grandson found this deal and bought it. He loves it!
i got mine yesterday and it works PERFECTLY, it looked brand new even! it ran smoothly no issues what so ever. i dunno what these other people are talking about maybe their manufacturer did something wrong but mine did great!!!
Both console and controller are rubbish. I could not get the firmware updated on the controller using all of Microsoft's steps. The console worked, but the loading and wait times were worse than an Xbox 360. I feel like every time I buy something refurbished or 'renewed' as it's called now, it's just a dice roll. I'm not prepared to take that chance again.
Say 1 TB and when Xbox came it was only the 500gb for $550 that's ridiculous! And refurbished! Also it states can return to a Walmart store.. don't get confused you WONT get your money back they ONLY ship it for you and it take about 2 weeks at least !!!!!! Just a hassle for them describing the Xbox wrong !
I realize this is a renewed product, but I expected much better quality than what I received. The box was severely damaged, and duck taped closed. The controller was oily and had markings on it. And the Xbox itself was full of dust and had markings on it as well. Also, the games that are supposed to be included with the Xbox one s were not included. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.
I bought an Xbox one (it was almost the exact same price as a brand new one) with one controller and when it came in the box was trashed, the parts inside were all loose and not wrapped up, and the controller came without a back! I emailed them and received no response OF COURSE. This was a present but now I have to go through a return and find some other place to buy from. They suck
This was overpriced, completely scratched, had broken off pieces on the side, and didn't even turn on and connect to a tv. I am extremely irritated. I always shop early for Christmas and this was my daughter's Santa gift. On Christmas Eve I went to take it out of the box finally and hook it up to the tv so it would be set up by her stocking and ready to play. Imagine my surprise when it didn't turn on and was so damaged looking. Now it's been a week and I still haven't gotten the seller to contact me back. Horrible.
This Xbox came four days late after having me wait two weeks. It came dirty and stained. The controlled was filthy and obviously not cleaned. The back of the controller used a replacement part for the battery. The controller itself didn't even have a battery in it.

This came in a casserole box. It's got paint all over it. It's seriously the worst experience I have ever had. Will be returning ASAP! This is absolutely ridiculous for almost $500. Crazy.
