When I opened it after it arrived, the console wasn't even in the box in the photo. Air pouches were used AND it threw my son off (it was a birthday gift) because on one of the paper flaps, it said XBox One X. I don't think I'll be shopping this way ever again. What a waste to be charged $99.99 extra for shipping that wasn't even well packaged. To me, it looked rushed.
I specifically techzone which is apparently who had the console i no longer wanted the system. I was going with another option, well before they shipped the product. Yet im still on the hook as they shipped the item. They didnt even reach out to me as promised. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU EVER!!
