1 week in and I have made fish, chicken kabobs, burgers, and fries. The machine works perfectly. It is easy to use and easy to clean.
Bigger than I thought had to do some reorganization but Soooo worth it!!! Having so much fun trying new recipes in HEALTHY prep!!
This item looked like new. I have used it several times and have never had a problem. I love it!
replaced a older ninja pro grill. i love the new one you can cook on it with the lid open the only problem is with the lid open the unit wants to tip over backwards, i like that the thermometer is built in and hid on the side. also the grill plate plugs into the bottom and stays in the unit and takes less time to heat up then the cast iron grill on the old one. plus it can be removed to be washed.

Unit did not come with the correct crisper basket. Needs to be perfectly centered or lid will not close
Kept on wanting to preheat, Wouldn't work unless the thermostat was stuck in the machine
Handle on the grill/ griddle came broken 😒
missing parts . I emailed them and no reply
