I'm excited to review the Refurbished Nintendo Wii Console Black with Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort because it's a great value. First of all it's shipped in a plain brown box with no markings so I feel if purchased for a gift it would be best set up by a parent with a bow on it so it's ready to go. All of the items that come with it as well as the game looked brand new. The controller had the plastic film on it that comes on new things. It came with a one page quick set up which was easy to follow and it took us about 5 minutes to set up. Both games are sports games and the characters look very cartoony. I feel like it would be best geared for kids of about age 6-12 or so. It took a little bit to get used to the controls but once we figured it out it was fun for myself and my husband and we are in our 40's. It was also a good workout for our arms. They only thing you need besides a TV is two AA batteries for one of the controllers and then you are ready to go. Recommended if you want to have a video game system with a couple of games but don't want to break the bank

As a retired veteran my husband and I are going to use the Wii to increase our quality of life.
This comes ready to play all I had to do was hook it up to my TV and inserted wii sports game and I was playing and I must say this is a great way to get a workout in and have fun while your at it.
The entire package came really well packaged. The console was near immaculate, except for a few nicks and scuffs here and there. There were a few things that I did not expect though although it is a refurbished Wii. One, I didn’t expect that the Wii controller was going to be a generic brand. It’s not Nintendo oem controller, but it still worked just like the real motion plus controllers. This may vary for all the other refurbished items, because in my set, everything else was the genuine Nintendo brand. I thought that the cables were going to be generic too, but it was OEM (original equipment manufacturer). Second, I did not expect the serial to be erased off the console, but it doesn’t affect anything; I just didn’t expect that. Other than that, everything plays real well without a hitch. It works like new, and plays fantastically just the way I remember it. It’s a great system of its time, and it still a great system now with a ton of games out there. The games that came with it were also very fun. I got the Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort, which both games are in absolutely like new condition – no scratches to the case nor the discs, and even still had the manuals inside it. Overall, this is an excellent refurbished console with awesomely like-new refurbished items and game discs. I wouldn’t have been able to tell it was refurbished because other than some scuffs here and there, it plays just like new.
They was very quick and it seems in very good condition. But I haven't seen it play yet because it's a Christmas Gift 🎁
I absolutely love this wii console ! It is so much fun, there are so many games you can play on here you will not get bored. The set up was extremely quick and easy, all the necessary parts came with the console. The controller straps on to your wrist so it does not fly off while you are playing. The console itself works perfect , no problems at all. My family loves it we have a great time using the wii !
I have had a Wii pretty much since they first came out and the overall system itself I love. My parents love to play the wii golf and bowling. For this being refurbished it was nice and clean, not marks, scratches, fingerprints, nothing. It looked brand new. The only bad thing I would have to say is that I did notice the remotes are not authentic Nintendo Wii remotes. They are some off brand. You can tell a big difference too. I have the remotes that came with the new wii and they are much heavier, sturdier and we'll made. These do feel like a cheaper plastic style but so far it seems to work okay without any problems. Also just to note about the wii system itself. Nintendo is no longer updating thier store for the wii so you literally can no longer buy digital copies of Wii games.
I'm currently waiting for a replacement console. The initial console could not read the Wii disc. The company sent me a shipping label and I have returned only the console, and I am currently waiting for the replacement.
