The touchpad stopped working only after a few days of receiving item. I bought this for my grandson and he is very upset. Up until the controller stopped responding the console worked great. Item not in original box. Came packed in peanuts.
I know when purchasing refurbished that things will be like new but not in amazing condition. But I expected more for the money. The game did not come in a case, the hand held screen was dirty in all corners and had finger prints on it still, has has several scratches. It does work but I expected it to be in better condition
Purchased refurbished, should've known better. Nothing but problems from the beginning
