These jeans look great on me. The only problem I had was that I had to buy one size bigger. Over all I am very pleased with these jeans and am very tempted to buy another pair.
I was surprised how well these jeans fit. I'm near 60 yrs. and it's hard to find jeans that are large enough around the waist but still fit the rear and legs. These do. My only problem was that I was wanting a thicker jean for winter. These are thin. More suited for warmer weather. If I could find these jeans in a thicker fabric I would be very happy.
These are my favorite jeans. I ususally have to get used to how jeans fit, but these jeans are very comfortable and fit just right. The denim fabric is softer than other jeans I have worn. I haven't experienced the problems with pockets or zipper that other reviewers complained about. Sometimes the wrong size can make jeans fit wrong. I love these jeans so much that I have 3 pairs.
Love these jeans. Order came quickly. Will order more.
I've been wearing this product for years. I am tall, straight hips and waist. This time I haven't been able to find these pants in a dark blue color, so am a little frustrated, because love the fit. Don't want to keep this last order because the blue looks washed out, which some people like, but I want the true blue jeans color.
If I had tried these on in the store instead of buying them online, I probably wouldn't have bought them. I expected better tummy control because of the "stretch factor" but they just didn't flatter my figure as I hoped. Nothing wrong with the pants - just not right for this over-weight gal.
The fit was right on and the perfect length for my petite height. The pockets were stitched in a very cheap manner causing the white cotton fabric (of the inner pocket) to be pulled into view after the first washing. I finally resorted to stitching the two larger pockets closed to keep the fabric flat and the white fabric hidden. I have worn Riders jeans almost exclusively for the last 10+ years but will need to search other options if this is the way they will be styled from now on.
I'm a curvy, African American female. I have a rather small waist, but thighs. These jeans accentuate all of the things I want to play down and are totally ill-fitting for my body type. I felt like a butterball turkey when I saw myself in these jeans. The waist was gaping open, creating the illusion of a pot belly where there was none, my thighs looked HUGE, and it was unflattering to my bottom. If your weight is evenly distributed from head to toe and you don't have an hourglass figure, these might be the jeans for you. But if you're curvy in the bottom, hip or thigh area, try something else. One plus is that the jeans seemed to be well-sewn and sturdy. They seem like they'll last many washings. I'm not certain though, because I returned them the day after I received them.
In minutes of wearing the 1st time the part that covers the zipper gaped open. I was glad I had a long shirt on.
When I first bought these jeans I loved the way they fit. But, after you wear them they stretch out and they are supposed to have tummy control. The only thing they seem to do is make your TUMMY LOOK BIGGER!!!! Now I HAVE to wear these jeans with a long shirt/sweatshirt because they not only make my tummy look bigger but after wearing them for an hour they stretch so bad that I have to constantly pull them up. I won't buy this brand EVER AGAIN!!!!
