I gave this to my 17-year-old and 16-year-old because they had really bad coughs over the holidays that kept them up all night long. I was getting prepared to go to Urgent Care today, Mother's Day 2019. I woke up coughing, clogged head and dry scratchy throat. I suddenly thought to take the Robitussin I purchased a few days ago. Mind, you I had only taken it at nighttime just before bed to prevent coughing.....never tried it during the day. This morning I took recommended dose and within about 20 minutes I had clear breathing, no coughing and throat felt so much better. It has been 3 years since I have taken this med and during that time the type I took had a harsh taste. This one has a nice grape flavor....very pleasant tasting and worked for me.
