This came at a perfect time for me because I've been struggling with a cough for a couple days now. I took one of these small pills last night before bed and I was able to sleep through the night without waking up to cough or clear my throat.

This is the first time that I've found something that eliminates me from waking up coughing as well. I will definitely be buying these in the future!

I haven't coughed since taking them and I'm really surprised because I only took them once, I highly recommend it this is very good medicine that can't be missing in my house for this cold season.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a stay at home momma of three, many viruses and cold get brought home from school with my kiddos, so it's important for me to have cold meds on hand at all times. Thankfully Influenster and Haleon (Robitussin) sent me these long acting gel tabs complimentary for my honest review. They couldn't have arrived at a better time, both my boys have been super sick, coughing, runny noses and lots of congestion. After two days I started to have the same. 💜 When it comes to cold medicine, I prefer gel tabs, as liquid runs out so fast for me. With the gel tabs I get more roses per package. These particular Robitussin Long-Acting Gel Tabs come with 20 gel tabs. Which with the two tabs dose, will give me 10 doses total. I love how easy they are to swallow and that each does gives 6-8 hours of relief. 💜 Each gel tab contains Dextromethorphan HBr which is a cough suppressant. So they help with that uncontrollable cough. There's nothing worse than being sick and coughing your head off. I've noticed for me they don't last the full 6-8 hours for me personally. I do however get about 4 hours of solid cough relief.💜 I love that these gel tabs are non drowsy and easy to swallow. I was skeptical at first as most of the meds I've previously tried didn't tackle my cough. Of course I would need another medication in conjunction to tackle sore throat, congestion and/or fever. As far as cough relief goes, these are great! I really like that they come in a bottle versus a pill pack. Making them easy to take on the go. 💜
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use Robitussin growing up and it worked well when needed. Carry a bottle of liquid was never something convenient or doable though. With these Gel Tabs, I get the cough relief I need while on the go. It's much more convenient and lasts a bit longer than a standard liquid dosage. Approved!!

I didn't expect it to work to stop the immediate coughing since it's not a liquid, but I was hoping after an hour it would stop. And while it lightened the coughing, I was still coughing enough to know I might need more then the recommended dose. Stick to the liquid if you want immediate relief.

They aren't too big or too small so choking for adults hopefully won't happen. Now I'm not sure if they helped me as much as I was expecting them too. I did see these at Walmart recently.
I have alergies that cause me to cough. These cough gels work very well. The problem is that they are rarely available. And what is irritating is that even though they are OTC, I have to show my ID to the delivery person, even when I didn't receive the item. AND if i don't show my ID, they can't delivery the rest of my order.
