Just last night I wasn't able to sleep because of my cough and I remembered I had this baby and right away took it. It actually worked on me, stopped my cough and lubricated my throat and therefore I was able to sleep over night. Keep in mind this is only for night time. I give this 4 stars I would definitely buy again.

Also the thick liquid helps to coat and soothe my throat. I love that it is made with real honey. Honey had many great properties that is good for our health and love seeing it be utilized in our medicines. I usually enjoy a spoonful of honey anytime I am feeling unwell especially if my throat is involved. Very helpful to use at night to help calm the coughs long enough to get a few hours of much needed sleep.
