I had a TERRIBLE cough. i finally got the Max Strength Night Time Cough DM. I took it and was actually able to get 3 to 4 hours of sleep. I had tried other cough meds and they did not "touch" this cough. Even the prescription cough medicine did not help.
I went to the Walmart superstore in Salem New Hampshire and I was very pleased because I always say to have my items put in my own bags and it's never happened maybe they'll put two things in them when I've got about 50 bags in there today the kid was super efficient very careful with the stuff and put it all in the bags for me the whole point to doing the shopping was because I can't do it otherwise so that was a great help I appreciate the efficiency
I hadn't used over the counter cough syrup in about 30 years but was coughing almost non-stop at night. I bought this brand, which is what I used to buy 3 decades ago, and I was amazed at how quickly it worked and how long it worked. It works better than ANY cough syrup I've EVER used OTC or prescription. I am able to get a good night's sleep again! Yea Robitussin - you've been working to improve your product and it shows!!
Robitussin DM Max Strength was recommended by my physician and it works well without negative drowsy side effects. Walmart has the best price compared to CVS and Walgreens. Be prepared to show ID if you have it delivered to your door.
This is one of the few medicines I'm allowed to take when sick that won't interact with my regular ones. It really works for cold/cough symptoms, which is great, because there are several “bugs” going around right now. It contains dextromethorphan HBr as a cough suppressant and guaifenesin as an expectorant, and helps control cough, congestion and mucus when you have a cold or related illness. (It may not be Rochelle's cure-all like on the show “Everybody Hates Chris,” but it does work on colds/coughs. LOL) It is non-drowsy, so it is good for daytime use, and has a pleasant raspberry flavor. It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Works well on the roughest coughing spells for at least 6 hours after ingesting. Highly recommended for extreme reluef at night
I have a cough that is a million times worse at night. This has been the ONLY way I get any sleep. And it doesn't taste bad like the other brand I tried.
As most know, Robitussin usually ossuch a bad tasting product that qe avoid buying it unless we are so sick, we are willing to suffer the taste. Well, this was an amazing surprise to find they have an actual very bearable cough syrup. I don't dread having to take a dose, nor do I have to have a drink chaser to go right after it. About time.
First of all, I do not recommend taking the 20 ml as suggested. I had an intense migraine, especially sharp pain in my forehead. I only take 10 ml every 4 to 5 hours. It helped me to sleep some and lessened my cough some. So so results. You have to take ibuprofen in addition to this for pain and headaches.
It Taste so nasty and disgusting. Didn't work either. Didn't help relieve the symptoms and burn our throats. I'd rather take nyquil. I wanted something to help relieve my sickness right away
