[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are really good for the throat. I wouldn't say that the effect last 4 hours but a good 2 hrs . And once you get to the center of the cough drop it has honey in the inside!!!! Highly recommend it!

The process is very temporary but it helps you got about your day and not feel discomfort from cough or sore throat.
