There is a taste to them that take a little bit to get use to but they do help in suppressing your cough.

I also don't particularly care that recommended dose is 3 gummies. It tastes like a prune. Doable, but not fond of the taste in order to eat 3. Overall, it's ok but I'll stick with other options.
