With a stuffy nose and sweat dripping out of every pore, this was a last ditch effort to fight whatever's was going on in the body. This helped so much. Feeling drowsy before falling into a deep sleep was only an after effect of the medicine. Would use again
Robitussin is the medicine that my family has relied on for many years! I can remember my Grandmother giving us Robitussin when I was a child. She would always say "drink up!, it's good for you! It'll make you feel better and when you feel better I'll buy you an ice-cream cone!" Grandma is ALWAYS right and we ALWAYS listen to Grandma! Robitussin has taken my family through many bouts of colds and flus! It is the number one choice in our family! I have to tell you, this sample could not have come at a better time! Every year when the kids go back to school, we all get sick! This year was no exception..so you can imagine how thrilled I was to be able to get this sample at just the right time! My son started with the achy feeling, then on to the sore throat and headaches...being a good son, he passed it on to us all...Mom, Dad, Grandparents, siblings! DH and I started taking Robitussin. The first thing I noticed was that the taste was better. I didn't have to hold my nose as I drank this! That's a big plus as I am a big baby! Robitussin helped make us feel more comfortable all week. It definitely played a HUGE role in relieving our discomfort. Personally after taking this, I was able to finally sleep! My throat wasn't as raw, my coughs were certainly not as sharp and I slept!! DH was able to continue to go to work, as he felt it definitely eased his body aches and lessened his coughing! He also was able to sleep! Robitussin made a horrific week a lot more tolerable by easing all our aches, pains and symptoms! I will definitely recommend Robitussin! We've used this brand so long, it's kind of a family tradition! This new formula makes it tastes so much better and it works!
I waited till one of us got sick and boy did we end u coughing with some upper respiratory problems. This worked great at helping me sleep at night so I can get some rest. I was able to stop coughing long enough and it helped me to fall asleep. I received a free sample from Crowdtap. #sponsored It had a new taste, not overly sweet or bitter like before. It helped me feel faster than other meds had. I will definately be buying this next time I'm sick. I tried the night time, helped me sleep without making me feel overly medicated.

I like having day and nighttime cold medicine on hand during cold and flu season. At first, I did think I had them mixed up as the daytime one made me feel a bit drowsy and the nighttime one didn't help me sleep much. But I checked and did have them correct. They do seem to do a decent job at helping to control symptoms, especially throat irritation and body aches. The flavor was slightly better than I anticipated. I recently got this to try because of #crowdtap and I was given a coupon, however, I wasn't able to use it because I couldn't find just the single product. So I got the combo and have used it to help with the cold I have. It does help with reducing my cough and the stuffiness of my nose. It can be used every 4 hours and I can tell when it is getting close to that time. Overall, it really seems to work like any other cold medication.
