I've had this eye cream for five days and I'm already noticing a difference under my eyes! Puffiness has reduced, some milia I have in the “trough” under my eyes has also reduced, and some fine lines right under my lash line have smoothed out. My dark circles seem to be a little bit lighter too. My deeper lines and crows feet don't look any different yet and neither do the troughs under my eyes, but I expect those will take weeks to show any improvement since they are a bit deeper. I'm excited to see how much things improve over the next month or two. I have sensitive skin and started out using this cream morning and night, and I have experienced no irritation, redness, or flaking so far after five days. I don't usually break out in my undereye area as it is, and so far this hasn't caused any breakouts either. You only need one small dot to cover both undereyes (smaller than a pencil eraser) because a little goes a long way. The tube is metal, so you can't suck up any excess if you squeeze out too much. So, start with far less than you think you need!
I waited over 2 weeks for this item to be delivered and when I finally received it I was very disappointed. This Roc Retinol eye cream seems to be a counterfeit item. The box it came in wasn’t sealed and the tube didn’t have any label on the back also the tube top cover was also different than the advertisement. I have returned this item and reported it to Walmart to investigate.
It's my first time shopping on Walmart.com and writing a review online, because I can't believe how such low-level counterfeit products can be sold on Walmart. com, although Walmart is targeting lower income customers. I have been using this eye cream for many years ordered from Amazon. I ordered here this time because I found it cheaper, but it also reminds me price does matter sometimes when comes to the quality of products. Refer to the pictures I uploaded, from the package prints to the eye cream per se, nothing is even imitated in a sophisticated way. The font on the packages is odd and the words are poorly printed. The tube and the cap are all very different from the original ones including the material, shape and color. The worst part is that when I tried to test the cream, it took me a while to get something out; it's literally an empty tube!!! The little cream I could squeezed out has cheap synthetic aroma-chemical smell, and the original one is almost fragrance free. The texture of the cream is watery while the original one is thicker. On the side of the package, it printed in Chinese, which said it was imported from China, but the product is supposed to be Made in France. I think I must waste half an hour to write a review to prevent more people from being fooled by this seller! And Walmart should be more selective about their vendors!
FAKE PRODUCT - DO NOT BUY. Order came from Sigma System Inc, and was shipped from "ONLY 3PL RETURN WAREHOUSE." Both the packaging and product are clearly inauthentic (see photos - some words on the box are even spelled incorrectly). I use this product regularly and knew immediately that it was a fake. Submitted a complaint and hopefully will get my money back.
Fake product, please refer to photos below. Stickers on the bottle are coming off, half empty bottle, has never come in the size. you should be ashamed of yourself.
Be careful when buying this product my package did not come with a seal. It was leaking and the cream smeared on the top of the bottle when I took it out the box. It seemed as if this was used.
No stars at all. This product has no ingredients and directions on the side of the box as the original one does. As you can see from the photos. Box came damaged due to the cheap shipping methods. Tape on the bottom of the box and looks like it has been used. Always purchased at the store and the product BOX ALWAYS HAS THE INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS IN HOW TO APPLY. ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CAME FROM AMAZON DUE TO AMAZON CLEANING HOUSE WITH THE FAKES. “YOU GO AMAZON .”
DO NOT BUY THIS IT IS COUNTERFEIT!!! The fact that there are so many people making the same review and that Walmart continues to sell this item from this seller is so unsafe! Who knows what’s in that half full bottle they send you that people could potentially be putting on their eyes! It has not been fun dealing with the costomer service side with this. I hope they figure it out.
This is a fake product. I’ve used ROC eye cream for years. This is the first time I’ve bought through this vendor and it made my eyelids so irritated that they were peeling and my eyes were extremely dry and itchy. I asked for a refund and they offered me 20% back. They didn’t respond when I said no, I’d simply like my money back. And the lettering rubs right off the tube.
I am returning because this is a fake product and does not at all resemble the real thing. The tube looks counterfeit because it has low quality printing that is off-center. The back of the tube is completely blank which is not what the product images show how it should be online. The tube is way bigger than "0.5oz" bit was half full. The product inside was clear and did not match the pictures online which show a white cream. Who knows what you will be putting on your face. Horrible!
