Great product! Used product on cat urine that sat on a chair cushion and two carpet areas for weeks (we were out of town). We applied the product one time, soaked the areas, let it site for two days, vacuumed, and it worked. We no longer smell the urine. Only one heavy application was needed. This used about half the bottle. We were very pleased with the results. Carpet and cushion were not stained or discolored by using this product.

This stuff is amazing! I have a rental property, the tenant moved out, but left the house full of Cat urine. In lightly soiled areas one spray usually works however and heavily soiled areas. You have to use it a couple times but it does work. I highly recommend it.
I've used numerous other products that claim to do what this one does, and they fall short of this one. It really works! I'm potty training my yorkie puppy, and she is learning, but still has accidents every now and again. Just follow the directions and the odor will be gone. It is important to spay the affected area, place a towel or rag over it, and then place something heavy on top of the towel and let that stand at least 1 hour. Then, remove any leftover cleaner still on the floor with a damp towel. ☆☆ I only use this in the rooms with carpet in my house.

Those of you who insist this is some miracle alternative to washing and scrubbing are either delusional, have damaged sinuses or both . I can't imagine what your urine castle smells like. This is snake oil nothing more wash and scrub your furniture with soap and water stop being nasty. And remove them from your home and you won't ever need any of these so called solutions.
