excellent product!! It accommodates my two lil girls perfectly & I have a very tall 6 year old. The base came a lil damage from manufacture (a few visible scratches) we decided to keep it that way since we bought this for Xmas to avoid the hustle of exchanging & getting a replacement late & since it didn't compromise performance we didn't care.... Other than that extremely happy with it!!!!
It arrived later than Walmart stated as there was some issue with the manufacturer. It shipped from manufacturer and the box came damaged and dusty. My granddaughter and I opened it up only to find that the horse inside was also dirty, apparently they had placed it in a dusty box, no plastic cover or any wrapping at all. The side of the horse that laid against the box has two dirty spots the size of my fists. I've tried wiping it with a damp cloth, with no results... My granddaughter absolutely loves the horse, so I decided to go ahead and put it together, which was very easy. As my granddaughter mounted the horse I notice that the saddle moves quite easily, it isn't attached to the horse and moves down to the side of the horse with each use. The wagging tail moves much more like that of a dog wagging very quickly than of a horse. The recorded voice of this pink and white pony is a male. The wooden rocker has a few scratches as well. I think we will be buying another and then bringing this one back... How do you explain to a baby we can't keep it? The quality just isn't there for the price paid.
