So far I am very pleased with my 100 watt portable solar panel. It is very versatile, the usb fast charger charged my phone very fast and it works great for charging my 80 watt Rock Solar Weekender generator. I have already used them for a recent power outage and am very impressed. It is much more convenient for me as I was able to eliminate an extension cord that I ran from my gas generator to the back of the house. Extension cords are tripping hazards that are easier to avoid with a solar generator as they can be positioned more conveniently especially if you have multiple solar generators close to your appliances/electronics.
This is prefect to keep handy incase power goes out and you need to charge phones etc...
I love the handle, which makes it super easy to take places and careful conveniently. Great for a mobile workstation if you're trying to power a laptop. I've watched many movies in the back of our camper and just leave it plugged into this. Ive been able to fully charge my phone 16 times on one single charge too which is wild!!!
This was a birthday present for a camping family, scout leader Dad. This past weekend they powered an outdoor Halloween party with a lighted inflatable lawn dragon, strings of lights, music and a fog machine for about 4 hours or so. After all that, the indefatigable little ROCKSOLAR Nomad Power Station still had about 1/3 of its charge. Love that you can recharge in the car or truck while running errands. It arrived with only partial charge, but didn't take long to charge up.
As a professional travel photographer, I'm constantly on the road and frequently overlanding/car camping in rural locations. I needed something to charge my equipment and after purchasing the Nomad I was not disappointed whatsoever. It's small in size but very durable and holds a ton of power. I'm able to charge my drone, camera, laptop & phone all at the same time - multiple times. Love that it's solar panel compatible as well. Great for overlanding!
