We were on vacation when the TV came, our friend and Neighbor was here waiting for the TV because it required a signature. He texted us letting us know that the TV is here but the boxes in horrible condition and when we came, there was two holes one on the bottom left side, I was still really hopeful because I know they pack it up with hard foam and all kinds of things for being transferred on the truck or whatever as soon as we took the TV out, we noticed a spot it was off, but we noticed it, it was hard to miss and by then I knew that meant either it's gonna work for a month and stop or it's gonna be messed up as soon as we turn it on mind you it's my fiancé‘s birthday present 75 inch Roku TV with a microphone remote control, well down to the turning on part as soon as we turned it on there were lines I've been down vertical lines and some horizontal lines. We backed it back up real quick and now I got to stay on the phone with Customer Service for because I want my 75 inch screen TV
It was severely damaged upon delivery with no ideal recourse for a timely replacement or refund.
My TV was damaged when it delivered both times
Finally got the tv hung up and peeled off the cardboard and the tv screen is busted
