products very easy to install. just have a clean dry service. best to clean off first with alcohol. let it dry and then follow instructions. press hard and use the suction cups appropriately
The lady was an expert putting the walker for my husband was very experienced in what she did she seemed to know how to put things together so we were thrilled woth what she did!!
I can't lock the brakes and have it be still I can only stop it by lifting up the brake mechanism and as soon as I release it it rolls away which is very dangerous for me
he did not know how to assemble the walker I had to show him how the back bar was put on. When finished I sat in the chair and my feet were 2 inches off the floor I said it is the wrong walker. I am 5 feet tall and the directions said this was for people 5 feet tall to 6.3feet. he agreed this was the wrong walker. When he left he took the box, I did not know where to ship it or have anything to put it in
very misleading with the picture - thought I was ordering the toilet seat, not just the installation.......installation is very easy - most anyone can install them their self.......I misunderstood what I was buying and now I see I'm out $59.99 as this service is non-refundable.......I paid for nothing....I needed this item now and was in such a hurry to get for my mother that I didn't read the ad correctly
Walmart hasn't Delivered the Walker yet ! So there isn't anything to Review ! However , if the Person doesn't know when the Walker is coming then it May Be Lost Walmart should Respond to My Review So I can find out what Happened to the Walker ! And why Doesn't the Person know !
I would not use the installation service again. The installation person, a young man, was an hour late, did not have all the supplies he needed and had to use my extension card, clear tape, and marker pen, drilled four holes in wrong places in the tiles which will need to be filled in order to keep water from getting to the dry wall, he took over two hours to install the two grab bars, and did not clean up the mess he made in the bathroom. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! It is a waste of $59.00.
Ridiculous it is a product that requires no installation! I am elderly disabled and handicapped. I tried cancelling it has been horrendous experience. I am going to report as fraud to my bank and report to Americans with disabilities Agency and consumer finance bureau.
My grandmother's nurse sent me this link %26 asked me to order. A guy showed uo to "set it up" %26 was pretty rude when there was no seat. What a huge waste of $!!!! Do yourself a favor %26 pay your neighbor $20 to put in the few screws, that is if you actually ordet the chair. Now im out $65 for nothing %26 some random guy showing up at my 93yr old grandmas house unannounced.
