It works for what I need. Was a little unsure as it can tip if you lean to one side a bit to much. It isnt bad if you have everything handy, just dont drop anything and have to pick it up. Because it does rotate i was able to get to all my stuff in the corner of my shower/tub with ease.
This is a heavy duty stool but takes up less space than the rectangular ones. It snaps together without a lot of tools necessary and fits nicely into our small shower. Height is adjustable with screw-in feet.
this is the 3rd chair i bought this year. All with maximum weight limits well over mine yet the legs split in the tub. so far this one is great!!!
Iam now able to take showers with far less fear.
I love everything about this seat except that it doesn't really swivel well. It is very sturdy and comfortable. I have a very small shower stall and this fits in it well. I like that it has an adjustable height. I bought this seat to use in the shower for shaving and also because I have bad knees and just had knee replacement surgery on one. It has been very useful when I can not stand for very long periods.
This is easily assembled. Very sturdy. However, the swivel seat does not turn without some effort. Uses a plastic disk instead of bearings—which would make it much easier. Also, the plastic pegs that hold bottom shelf on break easily. I had two break and replaced all with brass nut and bolts. It fits well in the bath tub. All in all, very pleased with it.
it seems to be very strong so it will hold up to 400 lb or over but the problem I have with it is that it doesn't rotate very well I need it to swivel because I have a small shower I only have one leg... so rotating it is not very easy with a big person like me but it does rotate so kind of works not very happy with it wish it would rotate a lot smoother
Our mother is very big (300 pounds) and thought this might be large enough for her to use in some capacity but it wasn't. Product still appears to be good but probably won't work for us.
It was bigger than what I thought. It is also pretty tall. Also the swivel motion is based on a plastic and requires effort.
Don't buy this if you really need it. The pins brake to easily making the stool useless and they won't replace it or give a full refund.
