I bought this shredder over a mth ago for the office and so far its working great. you just load the tray with paper you can put as much ast 50-75 sheets of paper and it feeds the paper thorough on its own no need to keep feeding it manually. Like the feeding tray it is very convenient. This machine has wheels and its easy to move around from one area to another. Very satisfied with this shredder. Very user friendly.
This was very disappointing as the shredder broke in the first week. The auto feeder does not feed so you have to use the manual. The manual can only shred about 2-3 papers at a time. Perhaps mine was just made on a Monday as it looked great online.
