good size for the recyclables
The 18 gallon is a great size for collecting recycling each week and the bins are heavy duty so they should last for years!

This recycling bin is sturdily made so I expect it to last much longer than the one I was provided by the city. It is composed of heavy weight material and is easy to pick up. The logo is clear. I expect it to last many years.
Bin is all I expected it to be. Solid, good looking, and big enough. I would recommend this as a good product that should last for years!
Rubbermaid high quality made. However, a little pricey for the size of 18 gallon. Price from seller other then Walmart. Will do the job nicely.
The lowdown: Our recycle men first cracked my plastic bin for paper and then shortly thereafter I came home and it was gone -- they took it because it was ratty looking. Duh !! So, now I have a sturdy rubber recycling bin for paper. The good and the not so good: It's heavy duty, made well the not so good...it is a little heavy for a woman and it is narrow at the bottom so the papers don't stack up as well, but it is no big deal. Thanks and more thanks.
Love the sturdiness of this bin. Dislike that the recycle emblem appears only on one of four sides. I had to purchase additional decals so that every side is labeled. If the recycle emblem isn't visible to our waste pickup people, they drive on by.
I needed a replacement recycling bin for residential use and ordered the 18 gallon Rubbermaid commercial bin from Walmart. I ordered Site to Store and the bin was available in just 2 days at my local store. The bin is the right size for my use, however since this one is advertised as a commercial bin I expected a little heavier wall thickness. Otherwise, I am well satisfied with this product.
