I love these however my lid cracked on the outer rim on two sides. I have two other containers and the lids are fine. I think you should sell replacement lids
I just bought a set of these containers after having 3 of the smaller ones for several years. They are awesome. I especially like how the lids snap on and off quickly. They stack inside each other for easy storage, the lids are easy to find, they're good for the freezer and heat well. The smaller ones are also pleasant to heat and eat soup out of for one. The only problem is that I can't find additional smaller ones to buy individually. I highly recommend them.
Recently bought a 22 piece kit and one of the 1.5C glass containers is very distorted. It is not usable, and the lid doesn't fit. I'd like a replacement, but the 1.5C is not available by itself. Surprising quality control, I hope customer service has a solution for me.
My wife and I have slowly been transitioning from our old plastic containers to glass containers for all of our food storage and we love the glass. We were very disappointed to open the dishwasher the other day and find one of our brand new containers (less than 2 weeks old) shattered to pieces in the bottom of the dishwasher.
I bought this product about 5 months ago. It has been fantastic, however this week the rubber on the lid disintegrated. It is too early for such failure in my opinion.
As a health conscious consumer, I tossed my old plastic containers and lids and purchased several multiple sizes of Rubbermaid Glass with Easy Find Lids containers. I purchased them because I had confidence in the Rubbermaid brand and because the lids are BPA free. However, to my dismay, the lids do not fit properly. Some lids fit loosely over the glass containers, and even when they appear to fit tightly, they work themselves loose within a couple of hours as did the lid in the attached picture. I have experienced this with moist and dry foods. I never fill the containers to the top, nor do I put hot foods in them. I do not know what to do. I am disappointed.
I bought the 11.5 cup and 8.5 cup containers today, brought them, washed them and put them in the dish drainer. The smaller container came in contact, just slightly, with the larger at which point, the larger container shattered to pieces, even cutting my husband who was 3 feet away. This may be a fluke, but we certainly can't give a good review and will not buy another.
First time using, froze a batch of chicken Alfredo two days ago, today put in microwave & it exploded everywhere within a minute. Terribly disappointed, huge waste of food plus these weren't exactly cheap containers either. Will NOT buy again.
Mine literally just exploded in the microwave. It had a small amount of food in it that was room temperature that I set to microwave for 17 seconds. 10 seconds in and the loud explosion occurred. Very scary!
I bought a bunch, have enjoyed them until used in microwave. Popping popcorn seemed to cause this to explode! So glad door was closed. These are good for food storage. But I DO NOT recommend for microwave EVER!
