You either need to a) provide more of these in the closet kits you sell or b) sell the extensions separately without the additional upright. I do not need any additional uprights because in order to organize my closet the way I wanted to, I had to buy a 6 to 8 foot kit and a 6 to 10 foot kit. The 6 to 10 food kit had the extensions, but there were ONLY 3, which is not only an odd number to have, but isn't enough to do what I want. I'm not your only customer who feels this way, and since the customer is always right, you need to sell the extensions separately. Thank you.
I was a little surprised when I received this that there was only one extension in the package. I thought that there would be two. Because of this, the value and expectation ratings are low. Aside from that, I am overall happy with my purchase.
