I got a notification from the shopper that one of my items that I preferred were not found. They gave me the option to list another preference or to chat with the shopper to see what my alternative could be. well I did that and it was not done I was missing the marinara sauce from my list, I asked another brand name marinara sauce if did not have the great value brand such as RAO . instead of notifying me that there was none, They just continue to check out and get the marinara sauce.
Of the 4 bags ordered, 2 were not crunchy and fresh like previous orders. I haven't opened the other 2 bags yet. I'm disappointed. (I always order these Ruffles because they are super crispy.) Very disappointed with this order!!!!
One of two bags had a huge slash in it. I looked for Customer Care on my account, but haven't seen as of yet. I would just let it go, but these bags are pretty pricey, so I def would prefer a replacement or refund
These were shipped to me in a large box that also contained a microwave. Not sure who the brainiac was who decided this would be ok, a big huge heavy box sliding back and forth into the bags of chips that were stuck it the spare space in the box.
Bag broken
I ordered the party size, it had to be delivered separately, I got just a regular size bag of potato chips. I could've got regular size with my regular order, but I wanted to party size
Ruffles has made their party size bag into a regular size bag and still charges the party size price. Can't wait to see how small they make the regular size bag. That's called “ripping your consumers off “
The chips taste great but when shipped with water you have to eat them as crumbs in the bottom of the box.
I only received half the order. Send the other half Getting tired or orders that are messed up. I did not pay 24.00 for two bags of chips.
