Wonderful product that is sturdy and durable. We recieved awesome customer service, shipping and timely delviery of product.
Our company ordered this item twice, because the first time it arrived so damaged we couldn't even put it together. I called, got a refund, and reordered. The second time, this item arrived even more damaged than the first. The ""steel"" is cheap and weak, and the way they package this item is completely ineffective in protecting it. I've received a refund on both items, and now our office has two giant magazine racks that are not usable and bent all over the place. Do not order this item unless you plan on driving to the manufacturer yourself and bringing it home wrapped in blankets.
