After an easy instruction download and print that includes the template, this was easy.
No instructions provided. Instructions on website refer to a template to use which is also not provided. Poor delivery of this product to the market....
Package was missing the installation template. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
I am frustrated that there are no instructions and it is telling me to scan a barcode. I went on the website and downloaded the instructions and the english version tell me to use a template and the Spanish version refers me to the template that was provided in my package. I do not have a template and I am annoyed I had to go online to research how to install. The pieces are all over my counter and I am taking it back to the store because I have already spent to much time trying to figure out their instructions and lack of parts in the package. (Do not send me a message referring me to someone on help installing, should have just provided the paperwork and I probably would have loved this product).
