this gate is sturdy and just perfect for my dogs! the gate itself is wide. Easy to put together, instructions were clear. I am happy!
We have 5 dogs plus a 2.5 year old. I put this in the doorway to our kitchen so it keeps the dogs out of the rest of the house and keeps our toddler from going to the basement door. Works great love the pressure mount so easy no tools required.
Gate is tall and relatively easy to install and can fit small and larger openings. My three year old is able to open the gate which defeats the purpose but it works for my baby. No climbing over this one!
I highly reccommend this product to any dog parent that is seeking an esthetically pleasing dog gate! It beautifully compliments my modern farmhouse decor. This gate is super easy to set up; took me less than 15 minutes. Most importantly, it's durable and keeps my dobermans and rascal puppy out of my office area.
I was very pleased with this product. The gate was incredibly easy to install. The seller even placed a cable tie to hold the door in place for an easy install and included an additional warning label to indicate removing the cable tie at the end of the install. That was so helpful! Good thing I read before pulling apart! The gate is well made, it has a red an green indicator sp you know if it's on too tight or just right. The screws on the ends have a rubber backing so it doesn't scratch the wall. The instructions were easy to follow and visual. The dark brown color makes it appear decor friendly. My only con was I have a frame or baseboard and it was in the middle of 38 inches where you use the small and medium attachment. This caused a little hurdle and we had to improvise by removing the bottom bumper that goes between the fence and the screw.
This gate looks awesome. However I needed to use the medium extensions for my gate but one of the extensions was shorter that the gate (photo attached). I am attempting to contact the company for a possible replacement. The gate is functional, with caution. I gave it three stars for now but will reconsider if problem is fixed.
Bought 2 gates and loved them when we first got them. They worked and looked great, but then after about 6 months the latch on one kept getting harder and harder to open it till eventually broke making the gate useless.
I like the gate BUT it doesn't do me any good to have it since there is no way to latch it.as you can see in the picture there is an inch gap preventing us to latch it I can't recommend something if it doesn't work properly for me
I like that this gate has a nice look but the adjustable arms are not as strong as I hope to hold it up in the hallway they do not hold as well as they should
I was very happy and pleased with this gate. Overall looked very stutdy, fitted great and was working its purpose nicely, untill its lock broke down. The whole gate is metal made, but its lock part is plastic. Its lock which you have to slide to open the gate, broke. And now my elder son which is 4 can easily open it. I'm very disappointed with the lock part of this gate. Otherwise its really a good gate.
